WARRANTY POLICIES

Every new light comes with our industry's best warranty and loyalty program - Light Care. Once your Light is registered, we provide each original retail purchaser a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, being stated as the following:

2 Years

- Light fixtures and fittings including framework and internal components defects, blemishes, dents and corrosion. 

- Remote control hardware and software including signal receiver, responders and overall functionality. 

- LED technology components, bulb socket connectors and software functionality. 

- Defective art design including blemishes, fading, dents and scratches.

This warranty does not cover:

- Improper assembly. 

- Improper follow-up maintenance. 

- Installation of components, parts, or accessories not compatible with the light as sold. 

- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. 

- Consumables including LED bulbs and remote control batteries . 

- Lights used for commercial activities, including those in shops, clubs, play areas, nurseries or any public environment.
